Influencers already drive social — so why not front your talent attraction campaign with one? Appreciated for their authenticity, your message allied to their style can connect with previously untapped talent. So far, we’ve found influencers useful in early careers talent. Shoshanna Davis (@fairyjobmother) and Kieran Mcrae (@sturdythoughtss) boosted Civil Service Fast Stream awareness.
