We’re fortunate to have our own project management team. They work closely alongside client teams, but one project manager will be assigned to one project, making it their responsibility to see it through. With a sharp eye for detail, they’ll ensure that projects are fully planned for, with broken down budgets and timings. Plus, they have the flexibility and ingenuity to make even the more unusual projects materialise – from newly designed assessments to film shoots that mix AI and reality.

Our project plans transparently break down budgets and timings. Our detail focus frees up client teams to think strategically and helps creatives explore bigger ideas. For Aegon, we organised the transformation of a traditional assessment centre – replacing it with an new assessment in a fictional world, featuring props, bespoke film and codes to crack.
