As Director of Talent Advisory and Strategy, David defines our strategy and shapes our offer. He is key to our evolution into becoming a consultancy and advisory partner for our customers. He works tirelessly to ensure that our insight and data led thinking translates into market-leading solutions.
As well as drawing on his own expertise in employer brand and insight, he has built a network of consultants to advance our advisory offering. Central to David’s work is our Outthink proposition, which is our commitment to being innovative and ambitious in all that we do.
